We connect you with trained, compassionate caregivers who provide specialized support, giving you the time and peace of mind to recharge. With our Respite Program, you can focus on your well-being while knowing your loved one is in capable hands. This service is provided to families of children with significant developmental delays, behavioral, emotional and/or other special needs.

Our respite care gives you the opportunity to recharge, so you can be the best caregiver possible. Let us support you in creating a healthier, more balanced life for your family.
As of June 1st, 2025 we will be pausing the acceptance of family applications for new children for respite care services. At this time we have a significant list of children and families waiting for services. Those currently on the list needing respite will be matched with a provider as soon as one becomes available. Please check this website periodically for updated and current information regarding respite care services.
As of March 2025 we have paused the hiring of new respite providers, except for the pilot project site locations in Bangor, Augusta and Biddeford
